1976-1979 Korean World Tae Kwon-Do Association system under Sabumnim James Henry and Master Sin Il Choi. 1979 to present, American Electric Karate under Kyoshi Patrick Murphy, AAU (Olympic Style) Tae Kwon-Do and Muai Thai.

Competitive Experience
Won 36 Black Belt first place titles at WPKA, AKA, WTF, and WTA sanctioned tournaments and still counting

Officiating Experience
Sensei Duell has officiated in various capacities at countless WPKA, AKA, WTF, and WTA sanctioned events throughout the Midwest.

Teaching Experience
For over 20 years Sensei Duell has taught while honing his skills as an instructor and has developed a high level of proficiency in both the art and sport aspects which are deeply rooted in Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control and the Indomitable Spirit
